Who we are
This site is operated by KEEYGREDIENTS HEALTHFOODS LLP, trading as Keeygre, an Indian limited liability partnership incorporated on 27 July 2023 under LLP Identification Number ACC-2472. What we collect
When you contact us we collect the name, work email, company, role and message you submit. When you use our software we process the documents and specifications your organisation uploads, together with the activity logs needed to maintain an audit trail.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to arrange a walkthrough. Customer documents are processed only to deliver the service to the organisation that supplied them. We do not use customer formulations, specifications or supplier documents to train models made available to anyone else.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business contact, and customer data under the contract with the customer organisation. We are established in India and handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Sub-processors and hosting
We use third-party infrastructure and model providers to run the service. A current list of sub-processors and the hosting regions in use is available on request.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you. Customer documents and audit records are retained according to the customer's configured retention policy and deleted on request, subject to the record-keeping obligations set out in the customer agreement.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sayhello@keeygre.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary to serve the site.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
